* To be eligible for a return, your product must be **unused, in original packaging, and free from visible signs of use.**
* We do not offer refunds if you simply did not like the product. Each of our formulas is carefully crafted with unique textures and scents that respond differently to individual preferences and skin.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, and returns must be traceable.
Butter & Bloom Skincare cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit or sent to an incorrect address.
Because some of our packaging includes glass, if your return arrives broken, unfortunately we cannot process a refund.
Original shipping costs (even if you qualified for free shipping) are not reimbursed and will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the nature of our botanical formulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened or used.
We recommend carefully reviewing the ingredients on our packaging or website before purchasing to avoid potential allergens or sensitivities. If you experience any irritation, please discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. As each person’s skin is beautifully unique, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for such cases.

Please ensure you’re reachable via your provided email or phone. Couriers may attempt to contact you to complete delivery. If multiple contact attempts go unanswered, your parcel could be returned to us. Reshipping costs will be your responsibility. If you decide to cancel after a return to us, incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
*Third-party orders: This return policy only applies to orders placed directly on our website. If you purchased Butter & Bloom products through another retailer, please refer to their return policy.
